[G], Sacrifice Ouphe Vandals: Counter target activated ability from an artifact source and destroy that artifact if it's on the battlefield. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)  The ouphes finally managed to still the clockwork monstrosity by catching themselves in its cogs.
